When can I expect my order to ship and arrive?
We do our very best to have orders processed and shipped within 5 - 7 days of being placed.
Delivery time will vary depending on your region and the shipping method chosen. Please note that turnaround times may be longer during launches due to the high volume of orders received.
We are currently offering:
CANADA
- $2.50 *UNTRACKED* Letter Mail shipping via Canada Post (available on all items except hats with pom poms, which do not fit Canada Post's size restrictions)
- $12 *TRACKED* Parcel shipping
PLEASE NOTE: If you do not select tracked shipping, we have no way of knowing your package's location or estimated delivery time once it is in the hands of Canada Post.
USA
- $8.00 *TRACKED* Parcel
Is local pick up available?
Yes. If you live in Vancouver and would like to pick up your order in the Kitsilano area, please use the code LOCALPICKUP.
Do you ship internationally?
We only offer shipping to Canada and the USA from our website. Please visit our Etsy store to shop internationally.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us. If you selected tracked shipping, this notification will include a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@eiffelandeyre.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
My order arrived and the contents are damaged. What do I do?
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@eiffelandeyre.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
